These Terms govern your use of Agentprint. By using the service, you agree to them.
Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and connected installations. Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, upload unlawful material, impersonate others, manipulate scores, automate fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms Agentprint or other users.
Your content and public profile
You retain rights in profile information you provide. You grant Ruval Labs a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it to operate Agentprint. You control whether your profile is public and whether it appears in rankings.
Service and scores
Agentprint metrics are informational estimates, not employment, credentialing, or performance guarantees. We may update measurement methods, address abuse, correct inaccurate data, or remove manipulated profiles. Features may change or be discontinued.
Third-party services
GitHub, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, and other third-party services have their own terms. Ruval Labs is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentprint is provided “as is” without warranties. Ruval Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or US$100.
Termination
You may stop using Agentprint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted or communicated through the service. Contact legal@agentprint.dev with questions.
These Terms should be reviewed by Ruval Labs counsel before a paid or broadly available launch.
