Ruval Labs / Agentprint

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ruval Labs (“Ruval Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use Agentprint. Agentprint is designed to measure agent-usage metadata without collecting conversation or source-code content.

Information we collect

Account and profile information

When you sign in with GitHub, we receive identifiers and public profile fields made available by GitHub, such as your username, display name, avatar, and email verification status. We also store profile fields and links you choose to add, visibility settings, and leaderboard preferences.

Agent usage metadata

When you connect a supported agent, we collect operational metadata such as installation and session identifiers, agent and model versions, timestamps, token and cost counts, durations, built-in tool categories and outcomes, skill and MCP counts, approval outcomes, compaction events, and aggregate activity. Our connector and server-side sanitizer are designed to reject prompts, responses, source code, tool arguments and outputs, commands, file paths, environment variables, secrets, account identifiers, and custom skill or server names.

Service data

We may process ordinary security and reliability data such as request timestamps, IP-derived logs, error records, browser/device type, and authentication events. We do not use agent telemetry for targeted advertising.

How we use information

  • provide accounts, profiles, rankings, and usage insights;
  • authenticate installations and protect against fraud, replay, abuse, and score manipulation;
  • operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Agentprint;
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements; and
  • communicate about material service or policy changes.

Legal bases

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to infrastructure, database, authentication, monitoring, and security providers acting for us; to professional advisers; in a corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal compliance. Public profile fields and aggregated profile metrics are visible only when you make your profile public. Leaderboard participation is a separate opt-in. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing rolling profile metrics, maintaining security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. We may retain de-identified aggregates that cannot reasonably identify you.

Your choices and rights

You can edit profile fields, make your profile private, opt out of rankings, revoke installations, and disconnect the connector. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or appeal a denied privacy request. Contact us at ruval.labs@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Security and international transfers

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

Children

Agentprint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users must meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service. Questions or requests can be sent to ruval.labs@gmail.com.
