What the profile measures.
Agent Aura is a rolling, confidence-labeled summary shown on a builder's profile - not a universal measure of developer ability.
Signal groups
Execution and reliability
Tool outcomes, verification outcomes, approval patterns, and recovery behavior.
Orchestration
Effective use of built-in tools, MCP connections, skills, and agent workflows.
Context
Session continuity and compaction patterns without reading the underlying context.
Practice
Qualifying sessions, active days, and consistency in the rolling window.
Confidence and anti-gaming
Scores carry low, medium, or high confidence based on qualifying sessions and active days. Replayed events are globally deduplicated. Profiles with anomaly flags are excluded from public ranking.
Limits
Different tasks require different agent behavior. A score can miss quality, difficulty, collaboration, and work completed outside connected tools. It should be read alongside the component metrics and confidence - not used as a standalone hiring decision.
Versioning
Methods will evolve as integrations and validation improve. Material scoring changes should use a new algorithm version and be documented before comparisons are treated as continuous.
